Some projects begin with a journey – ours began with two very special souls: Emma & Muki.

Both of them came from an animal rescue – more specifically, from the amazing organization HungaryDogs, which works tirelessly to help dogs in need.
When we adopted Emma (right), and later Muki (left), it was clear right away: this was more than just a happy ending – it was the beginning of something bigger.

Muki, in particular, stole our hearts from day one – even though he arrived sick.
A medical check-up revealed: he had no functioning hip joints. But giving up? That was never an option for us. With love, patience, and lots of cuddles, he's doing really well now. And this fall, when he turns two, he'll be getting brand new hip joints. 🧡

This experience touched me deeply – and inspired my very own pet project:
